Maggie launched her real estate career in 2004 and has actively worked in the real estate field
for 18 years. She has proven experience in premier agent services, home sales, buyers, sellers,
marketing, customer service, investing, and business management.
Maggie has owned and operated MCH Realty Solutions since 2013. She has successfully
managed several real estate brokerages, including GMAC Metro Brokers, Prudential, RE/Max,
and 2 separate Keller Williams offices. She has helped to build several top producing teams
from the ground up all over the U.S. Her and her team have closed over 1000+ transactions in
Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Maryland, Virginia, South Carolina, Massachusetts, Illinois and
several more. Her knowledge of the different states real estate markets allows her to know the
Real Estate Industry inside and out ensuring happy clients
Contract Manager
Allison is an experienced licensed real estate agent looking to take the mundane task of real estate paperwork off of your hands, so you can truly get back to doing what you love, serving your clients. She works diligently and effectively knowing time is of the essence and the importance of a smooth transaction.

Josef has brought over 7 years of experience in his field, he is a graduate of University
of Luzon, holding a Bachelor’s degree in B.S. Accountancy. He worked with The Loft
Warehouse providing quality customer service to their clients. Josef also worked with
Atlanta Luxury Homes and Condos as an Administrative Assistant, he managed the
contract to close documents, website content write-ups, and social media marketing.
